Bean Sprouts with Rice Vinegar |
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 2/3 lb bean sprouts
- 1oz julienne snow pea pods
- 1 julienne red chili
- 1oz julienne Shiitake mushrooms
- 1oz julienne ginger
- 4 tablespoons oil
Seasonings:
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- few drops sesame oil
Cooking Directions:
- Trim the roots of the bean sprouts.
- Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a wok to stir-fry sprouts and snow pea pods for 30 seconds. Drain.
- Heat 2 tablespoons oil to stir-fry mushrooms. When fragrant, add ginger, chili, snow pea pods, and bean sprouts. Add seasoning; keep stir-frying thoroughly for 20 seconds, then serve.
