Deep Fried Crispy Prawn
- 1 lb grass prawn (36/40) (or tiger shrimp)
- 1 oz garlic chopped
- 1 oz scallion chopped
- 1/2 oz red chili chopped
- 2/3 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- Trim the prawns, and de-vein.
- Heat 3 cup oil in a wok to 400F. Deep-fry the prawns till crispy. Drain.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil, sweat garlic, chili, and scallion, and then mix with seasoning and shrimp. Serve hot.
