Deep Fried Crispy Prawn


Serves: 4
    Ingredients:
  • 1 lb grass prawn (36/40) (or tiger shrimp)
  • 1 oz garlic chopped

  • 1 oz scallion chopped
  • 1/2 oz red chili chopped
    Seasonings:
  • 2/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon
    Cooking Directions:
  1. Trim the prawns, and de-vein.
  2. Heat 3 cup oil in a wok to 400F. Deep-fry the prawns till crispy. Drain.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon oil, sweat garlic, chili, and scallion, and then mix with seasoning and shrimp. Serve hot.
