Ingredients:
- 10 oz thin noodle
- 2 tablespoons minced preserved kale head
- 1 tablespoon peanut powder
Seasonings:
- 3 tablespoons sesame paste
- 1 teaspoon
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch Szechwan pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon minced scallions
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon chili oil
Cooking Directions:
- To cook noodles, add to a large pot of boiling water. Pour in a cup of cold water to settle, and then re-boil. Drain and move to a bowl.
- To prepare the sauce, stir sesame paste with sesame oil and mix all other seasonings in a separate bowl.
- Pour the sauce on noodles. Sprinkle with peanut powder and kale head. Mix well and serve.
