"Dun-Dun" Noodle

Dun Dun Noodle

Serves: 4
    Ingredients:
  • 10 oz thin noodle
  • 2 tablespoons minced preserved kale head

  • 1 tablespoon peanut powder
 
    Seasonings:
  • 3 tablespoons sesame paste
  • 1 teaspoon
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch Szechwan pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon minced scallions

  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoon chili oil
    Cooking Directions:
  1. To cook noodles, add to a large pot of boiling water. Pour in a cup of cold water to settle, and then re-boil. Drain and move to a bowl.
  2. To prepare the sauce, stir sesame paste with sesame oil and mix all other seasonings in a separate bowl.
  3. Pour the sauce on noodles. Sprinkle with peanut powder and kale head. Mix well and serve.
