Poached Egg and Cabbage Miso Soup


Serves: 2
    Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 oz onion
  • 2/3 teaspoon

  • 4 oz cabbage
  • 500 ml water
  • 2 tablespoon miso
    Cooking Directions:
  1. Cut cabbage and onion into bite-size pieces.
  2. Put water, onion, and in a pot and turn to medium heat.
    Once the water boils, reduce to low heat, cover with lid, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove lid and add cabbage. Simmer until cabbage is soft.
  4. Disolve miso using a laddle.
  5. Crack one egg into a small bowl and gently pour in the miso soup gently.
    Repeat for the second egg. Simmer for 2 minutes. Serve.
