Poached Egg and Cabbage Miso Soup |
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 3 oz onion
- 2/3 teaspoon
- 4 oz cabbage
- 500 ml water
- 2 tablespoon miso
Cooking Directions:
- Cut cabbage and onion into bite-size pieces.
- Put water, onion, and in a pot and turn to medium heat.
Once the water boils, reduce to low heat, cover with lid, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove lid and add cabbage. Simmer until cabbage is soft.
- Disolve miso using a laddle.
- Crack one egg into a small bowl and gently pour in the miso soup gently.
Repeat for the second egg. Simmer for 2 minutes. Serve.
