Sauteed Beef Tenderloin Rainbow |
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 2/3 lb beef tenderloin
- 2 oz green pepper shredded
- 1 oz carrot shredded
- 1 oz pickled mustard shredded
- 2 oz bean sprouts
- 3 oz sliced onion
- 1 oz young ginger shredded
Seasonings 1:
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1-1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice wine
Seasonings 2:
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons water
Cooking Directions:
- Cut the beef into strips, marinate with seasoning (1) for 1/2 hour.
- Heat 2 cups oil to 375F; fry the beef for 15 seconds, drain.
- Heat 2 tablespoons oil to sweat the onion, ginger, pepper, carrot, bean sprouts, and pickled mustard, add the beef and seasoning (2), mix thoroughly, serve hot.
