Sauteed Beef Tenderloin Rainbow


Serves: 4
    Ingredients:
  • 2/3 lb beef tenderloin
  • 2 oz green pepper shredded
  • 1 oz carrot shredded
  • 1 oz pickled mustard shredded

  • 2 oz bean sprouts
  • 3 oz sliced onion
  • 1 oz young ginger shredded
 
    Seasonings 1:
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch

  • 1-1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine
    Seasonings 2:
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons water

  • 1/2 teaspoon
    Cooking Directions:
  1. Cut the beef into strips, marinate with seasoning (1) for 1/2 hour.
  2. Heat 2 cups oil to 375F; fry the beef for 15 seconds, drain.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons oil to sweat the onion, ginger, pepper, carrot, bean sprouts, and pickled mustard, add the beef and seasoning (2), mix thoroughly, serve hot.
