Recipes: A Journey to Asia
- 12 oz Brussels sprouts
- 1/3 cup water
- 6 cloves of shallots
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Rinse Brussels sprouts and split into halves. Arrange Brussels sprouts
on a piece of aluminum foil and place inside the steamer.
- Mince shallots. Swear shallots with 2 tablespoon oil in a wok till fragrant,
then add seasonings and water. Bring to a boil and pour over the sprouts.
- Steam all ingredients for 3 minutes. Serve.
