Steamed Brussels Sprouts


Serves: 4
    Ingredients:
  • 12 oz Brussels sprouts
  • 1/3 cup water

  • 6 cloves of shallots
  • 2 tablespoon oil
 
    Seasonings:
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1 1/2 teaspoon
    Cooking Directions:
  1. Rinse Brussels sprouts and split into halves. Arrange Brussels sprouts
    on a piece of aluminum foil and place inside the steamer.
  2. Mince shallots. Swear shallots with 2 tablespoon oil in a wok till fragrant,
    then add seasonings and water. Bring to a boil and pour over the sprouts.
  3. Steam all ingredients for 3 minutes. Serve.
