Steamed Prawns with Garlic Sauce |
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 8 prawns (26/30)
- 1 oz garlic mashed
Seasonings:
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon rice wine
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 teaspoon
- 1 pinch white pepper
Cooking Directions:
- Cut prawns from the back into butterfly shape. Arrange the prawns on plate, sprinkle salt, garlic, and rice wine.
- Steam the prawns over high heat for 5 minutes.
- Remove the prawns from steamer, sprinkle the scallion and pepper on top of prawns; heat 1 tablespoon oil, add the soy sauce, and water,bring to a boil,then pour over the prawns. Serve hot.
