Ajinomoto Foods North America Agrees To Sale of Its Italian Frozen Pasta Business to Seviroli Foods
Ontario, CA, January 29, 2024 – Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc. (“AFNA”), a leading producer of frozen foods, agreed to the sale of the business rights and respective equipment of its Italian frozen pasta business, including Bernardi and Mona’s brand, to Seviroli Foods LLC (“Seviroli”), a leading manufacturer of frozen pasta and other food products and importer of specialty foods, today. The transaction is complete and AFNA will continue co-manufacturing the Bernardi and Mona’s products at its Toluca, IL facility to ensure continuity of service delivery to customers until Seviroli transitions operations into its respective facilities.
