Dave Gardner serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Ajinomoto Foods North America, where he leads the company’s strategy and execution to satisfy broadening consumer needs. 

With more than 35 years of food industry experience, Gardner has built a reputation for driving performance through operational excellence, strong team leadership, and a clear focus on delivering new value. Prior to being named CEO, he served as Chief Supply Chain Officer at Ajinomoto Foods North America, where he led manufacturing, food safety, engineering, and end-to-end supply chain operations. 

As CEO, Gardner is focused on strengthening capabilities, accelerating growth and innovation, and developing cross functional leaders to deliver results for all stakeholders.  

He holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in chemical and biochemical engineering from Western University in London, Ontario, Canada.
