Ben Aldana serves as Senior Vice President of Manufacturing at Ajinomoto Foods North America where he leads the Manufacturing, Engineering & Operational Excellence teams.

Prior to joining AFNA, Ben held multiple leadership roles at McCormick, including Plant Manager, Senior Director of Operations and Supply Chain Integration Lead, where he led large-scale operational initiatives and M&A integration efforts. He began his career in Operations at Procter & Gamble.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
