Dave Gardner joined Ajinomoto Foods North America as the Chief Supply Chain Officer. Dave is a senior operations executive who has delivered significant business value through clear strategic agendas, empowered teams, and customer-focused continuous improvement cultures. During his 30-year career he has provided operational leadership for a global food ingredient producer and a founder-led CPG company. Dave’s experience has best served businesses seeking to transform through operational excellence, efficient deployment of capital, and the full realization of acquisition synergies.

In his new role Dave is responsible for manufacturing, food safety, engineering, continuous improvement, and all supply chain functions including procurement, operations planning, logistics, and customer service.

Dave has a Bachelor and Master Degree in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering from Western University in London, Ontario, Canada.
